Samsung Galaxy Tab S unlock code

I am looking to unlock my Samsung Galaxy Tab S.
I didn't buy this from AT&T and paid full price already but it locked by AT&T US.

I tried to contact AT&T but they are claiming that they cannot unlock it.

Can some help here with carrier unlock code ?
